CHOCOLATE BRIOCHE
INGREDIENTS
630g all-purpose flour
7g yeast
300ml milk
60g sugar
2 eggs
60g butter
Salt
50g cocoa beans
Cocoa beans Hazelnut
Butter
Chocolate

PREPARATION
1. Combine the milk, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, flour, and salt. Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part and mix. Let rest for 1 hour.
2. Divide each part of the dough into 4 parts and roll out the cakes. Place the cakes on top of each other, greasing with oil.
3. Shape into brioche. Let rest for 1 hour.
4. Decorate with hazelnut seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Serve with hot chocolate.
