CLASSIC CREAMY TIRAMISU
An Italian delicacy that wins hearts! Soft layers of coffee-soaked sponge cake, mascarpone cream, and a touch of cocoa… simply irresistible.
Ingredients:
• 400g ladyfingers
• 500g mascarpone cheese
• 4 egg yolks
• 150g sugar
• 200ml strong espresso
• 200ml whipping cream
• 2 tbsp liqueur (optional, such as amaretto or rum)
• Cocoa powder for dusting

Preparation:
1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and creamy.
2. Gradually add the mascarpone until smooth.
3. Whip the cold cream and fold it into the previous mixture.
4. Mix the coffee with the liqueur (if using).
5. Quickly dip the biscuits in the coffee and place them on the bottom of a pan.
6. Add a layer of cream, repeat with more biscuits, and top with cream.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (best overnight).
8. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa and decorate with chocolate shavings or whatever you like best.
