Roast Lamb Leg with Gravy
Ingredients:
1 bone-in leg of lamb (4โ5 lbs)
4 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef or lamb broth
2 tbsp flour (for gravy)

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Make small cuts in the lamb and insert garlic slices. Rub with rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place in a roasting pan and roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until internal temp reaches 135ยฐF (medium-rare) or desired doneness.
Transfer lamb to rest.
For gravy, place the roasting pan over medium heat, add flour to pan drippings and whisk. Slowly add broth and stir until thickened.
Slice lamb and serve with warm gravy.
