Chocolate Cake Fluffy

Chocolate Cake: Fluffy, intense, and full of flavor!

Ingredients

✅ 2 cups of wheat flour
✅ 100 g of dark or milk chocolate
✅ 1 cup of granulated sugar
✅ 1 cup of milk
✅ 200 g of butter
✅ 3 eggs
✅ 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
✅ 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
✅ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
✅ Melted chocolate for decoration

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2️⃣ Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler until smooth and shiny.

3️⃣ Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until fluffy.

4️⃣ Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture.

5️⃣ Add the vanilla, cocoa, and baking powder, mixing well.

6️⃣ Gradually add the flour, alternating with the milk, mixing gently to avoid lumps.

7️⃣ Bake:
• Pour the mixture into a floured pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

8️⃣ Fill and decorate:
• Once cool, cut the cake in half and add melted chocolate between the layers.
• Top with more melted chocolate and decorate as desired.
