Chicken Shawarma Wrap
Ingredients
1. Chicken: 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into thin strips
2. Marinade:
3. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
7. 1 teaspoon paprika
8. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
9. Salt and pepper, to taste
10. Shawarma Sauce (Tahini Sauce):
11. 1/2 cup tahini
12. 1/4 cup lemon juice
13. 2 cloves garlic, minced
14. 1/4 cup water
15. Salt and pepper, to taste
16. Wrap:
17. 4-6 pita bread
18. Chopped tomatoes
19. Chopped onions
20. Chopped parsley
21. Pickled turnips or pickles (optional)

Instructions
1. Marinate Chicken: Whisk marinade ingredients. Add chicken; refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight.
2. Grill Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan. Remove chicken from marinade; cook 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
3. Prepare Shawarma Sauce: Whisk sauce ingredients.
4. Assemble Wrap: Warm pita bread. Spread Shawarma Sauce, then add grilled chicken, tomatoes, onions, parsley and pickles (if using).
5. Serve: Serve immediately.
