Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites
Ingredients
1. Salmon: 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch pieces
2. Breading:
3. 1 cup all-purpose flour
4. 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
9. Bang Bang Sauce:
10. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
11. 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
12. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
13. 1 tablespoon honey
14. 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
15. Optional:
16. Chopped green onions
17. Sesame seeds
18. Lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Prepare Breading: Mix flour, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper.
2. Prepare Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey and ginger.
3. Coat Salmon: Dip salmon pieces in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
4. Fry Salmon: Heat 1/2-inch vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry salmon until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
5. Toss with Bang Bang Sauce: Toss fried salmon with Bang Bang Sauce until coated.
6. Serve: Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and lemon wedges, if desired.
