Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups:

Ingredients

1. Beef: 1 pound ground beef
2. Buns: 4-6 hamburger buns
3. Garlic Butter:
– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper, to taste
4. Bacon: 6 slices, cooked and crumbled
5. Cheese: 4-6 slices cheddar, American or mozzarella
6. Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix butter, garlic and parsley.
3. Assemble Rollups:
– Slice buns in half lengthwise.
– Spread garlic butter on bottom bun halves.
– Top with ground beef, bacon, cheese and desired toppings.
– Place top bun halves on each rollup.
4. Roll and Secure: Roll each burger tightly and secure with toothpicks.
5. Bake: Place rollups on a baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve: Remove toothpicks and serve hot.
