Vanilla Butter Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup buttermilk

• 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
• 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
• ¼ cup evaporated milk
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
