Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie recipe:

Ingredients

1. Crust:
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
2. Filling:
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup heavy cream
3. Chocolate Ganache:
– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
4. Whipped Cream (optional):
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Prepare crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
3. Bake crust: Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.
4. Make filling: Beat peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and heavy cream; mix until combined.
5. Pour filling: Pour into cooled crust.
6. Chill: Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight.
7. Make chocolate ganache: Heat chocolate chips and heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stirring between). Stir until smooth.
8. Top with ganache: Pour ganache over filling.
9. Chill: Refrigerate 30 minutes.
10. Top with whipped cream (optional): Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
