Creamy Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Here’s a rich and Creamy Peanut Butter Cheesecake recipe! This indulgent dessert is packed with the delicious flavor of peanut butter and has a smooth, creamy texture.

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

Whipped cream
Crushed peanuts
Melted chocolate or chocolate ganache

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  2. Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined (do not overmix to avoid cracks in the cheesecake).
  3. Bake the Cheesecake:
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour (this helps prevent cracking).
  4. Chill and Serve:
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set.
Add optional toppings like whipped cream, crushed peanuts, or melted chocolate for an extra touch before serving.
