For the base:

150g flour 60g sugar 60g butter 1 small egg Knead all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough. Line the bottom of a 24cm springform pan with baking paper. Roll out the dough and line the bottom and sides of the pan with it. Press down, prick several times with a fork and put the pan in the fridge.

For the cheese mixture:

500g low-fat quark 125g sugar 2 eggs (separated) 90g margarine 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder Juice of half a lemon 200ml hot milk

Beat the margarine, egg yolks and sugar until creamy.  Add the quark, pudding powder and lemon juice and mix well.Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Finally, carefully stir in the milk. Pour the mixture into the tin and smooth it out. Trim the excess dough if necessary. Bake in the preheated oven at 165 degrees top and bottom heat on the second rack from the bottom for approx. 55-60 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut into 12 pieces. Melt approx. 25g of chocolate (I used white). Dip the ice cream sticks in the chocolate and stick them into the cake pieces. Place the cake pieces on a plate and put them in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. In the meantime, prepare various chocolates, then melt them in a water bath with a little coconut oil.
