Nutella cookies

SO delicious: You can make our Nutella cookies yourself in a flash and they are guaranteed to always be a hit. The recipe is super simple!
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGH
220 g flour (type 405)
1 tsp baking powder
240 g soft hazelnut nougat cream (at room temperature)
100 g butter
2 eggs (size M)
ALSO
some flour for the work surface
200 g dark chocolate
PREPARATION
1. For the dough, mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a bowl. Add the hazelnut nougat cream and the butter cut into small pieces. Mix everything briefly. Add the eggs and stir until the mixture is nice and even. Form the dough into a 40 cm long roll on a floured work surface.
2nd step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat (fan oven 160 degrees). Divide the roll into 40 equal portions (see portion information). Shape each portion into a small ball with your hands. Press in a little with a fork.
3rd step
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes with a little space between them. After baking, let the cookies cool on a cake rack for 1 hour.
4th step
For the chocolate glaze, finely chop the dark chocolate, put it in a metal bowl and melt it over a warm water bath. Dip each cooled Nutella cookie halfway into the chocolate and wipe it off the edge of the bowl. Place on baking paper and let cool. Enjoy the cookies!
