Make the sugar decorations the day before: For the stars, roll out the yellow fondant thinly and cut out 3 small and 3 large stars. As soon as they are dry, paint on the eyes. For the carnivorous plants, make 3 flower pots, 6 leaves and 3 stems from the green fondant.
Cut out 3 circles from the red fondant and cut out a “piece of cake” for the mouth. Cut out approx. 15 small circles and 12 narrow strips from the white fondant for the mouth of the plants and stick them onto the red circles with the edible glue.
