Nutella muffins! 🍫
INGREDIENTS (For 12 muffins)
125 g soft butter
100 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs (size M)
120 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
75 ml milk
12 tsp hazelnut nougat cream
PREPARATION
Step 1
For the muffins, preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan oven: 160 degrees). Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and add to the dough alternately with the milk. Stir well.
Step 2
Line a 12-well muffin tray with muffin cases or grease it. Use an ice cream scoop to distribute the dough into the muffin cases. Place a teaspoon of hazelnut nougat cream on each muffin. Mix with a toothpick to create a marbled effect. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
