Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the cooled brewed coffee until the batter is smooth.

Fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and semisweet chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
Carefully invert the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the Reese’s Bundt Cake with powdered sugar if desired.
Slice and serve the cake.
