7 eggs500 ml of whole milk250 g unsalted margarine650 refined sugar700 wheat flour50 g baking powder50 g of cornstarch3 cups of grated coconut

✅ Preparation method

1. Beat the egg, sugar and butter in a mixer until creamy.2. Add the milk and flour.3. Add the cornstarch and finally the yeast.4. Add the caramel to the bottom of the already greased pan and place the coconut on top of the caramel.5. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.6. Unmold more or less hot.
