Cheesecake Cookies with Chocolate Chips

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour1/4 cup cornstarch1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature4 oz cream cheese, room temperature1 large egg1 tablespoon milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/4 cup powdered sugar5-6 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, mix flour, corn and baking powder.ย Step aside.In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth.ย Add egg, milk and vanilla, and continue mixing.Add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.ย Mix the dry ingredients to form a dough.ย Stir in mini chocolate chips.Chill the pasta for one hour.ย Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF.Shape the dough into balls and place them on parchment-lined sheets.ย Flatten slightly and sprinkle with more chocolate chips if you like.Bake for 10 minutes.ย Let the sheets cool before transferring them to a wire rack.
