🍮Ingredients🍮A mold for flanFor the Caramel1 cup white sugarFor the flan4 eggs1 can condensed milk1 can evaporated milk1/2 can half cream4 ounces cream cheese1 teaspoon vanillaFor the Chocolate cake1 box chocolate cakeingredients according to the instructions on the chocolate cake box 🍮Preparation🍮1.-We start by making the caramel in a non-stick pan, placing the cup of sugar at medium temperature.  The caramel will begin to form in about 5 minutes, and it is important to stir with a spoon constantly so that the lumps break up.  Here the sugar at first will be in the form of lumps, that is normal, wait until it begins to dissolve and once dissolved it becomes liquid with a golden brown color, it will be ready.2.-Pour the candy into the mold previously greased with oil and carefully, with the help of a kitchen glove, grab the mold and move it in a circle to cover the entire bottom surface.  Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before pouring the flan mixture. As a precaution, I can tell you that the caramel will be very hot and immediately heat the refractory, be careful not to burn yourself!3.-For the flanBlend all the ingredients in the blender and pour into the baking dish with the caramel.4.-(Put the flan to bake covered with aluminum in a bain-marie for about 25 minutes at 180 °C then take it out, add the chocolate mixture and continue baking in a bain-marie until the knife comes out clean)5.-For the chocolate cakeFollow the instructions on the packaging and pour the mixture into the flan.  Put it in the oven at 180 °C in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out completely clean.  Let cool and unmold.6.-Ready you will have a perfect chocoflan!  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy cold.Additional Instructions
