βπΌIngredients
1kg Sonho de Valsa or Ouro Branco candy cut in half πΈοΈWhite cream 1 liter of milk 1 can of condensed milk 3 egg yolks 4 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon vanilla essence 1 can of cream πΈοΈChocolate cream 500g melted semi-sweet chocolate 1 can of cream
βπΌPreparation method
In a pan, place the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and cornstarch over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla and cream. In a bowl, mix the chocolate with the cream until smooth and set aside. In a 20cm diameter refractory, alternate layers of bonbon, white cream and chocolate cream, ending with chocolate cream. Put in the fridge for 3 hours. If desired, serve decorated with chocolates.
