In a mixer, beat the eggs, butter, sugar, milk and cinnamon.  Transfer to a bowl and mix the flour with a hand mixer.  Add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.Transfer the dough to a greased and floured 22 cm diameter mold and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until cooked and golden.  Let cool, unmold and cut in half 2 times lengthwise.On a plate, place a dough, spread 1 cup of the dulce de leche, place another dough on top and spread 1 cup of the dulce de leche.  Finish with the last dough, put the remaining dulce de leche in a pastry bag and decorate the entire surface of the cake.  Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
