Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage rolls, a beloved dish in many cultures, combine tender cabbage leaves wrapped around a savory filling, often consisting of ground meat, rice, onions, and spices.

Materials

1 teacup of oil
2 onions
300 grams of minced meat
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon of pepper paste
2 cups of rice
2 cups of warm water
1.5 teaspoons of black pepper
1.5 teaspoons of chili pepper
2 teaspoons of mint
2 teaspoons of ground pepper
Salt

For the sauce;

4-5 tablespoons of oil (it becomes even more delicious when used with 1 tablespoon of butter)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 glasses of water
Salt

Preparation of

First of all, we chop our cabbage and boil it.

I cut it as in the photo and boil it whole.
Letโ€™s put the water in the pot and add 1 teaspoon of salt when it boils.ย 

Letโ€™s put the chopped cabbage in water and boil it for 3-4 minutes, depending on its hardness.ย  When their colors change, letโ€™s put them in a strainer.

Letโ€™s boil all the cabbages this way.
For the stuffing, letโ€™s add oil and diced onions to the pan and fry until they change color.

Letโ€™s add the minced meat and cook until it releases its water.ย  Letโ€™s add the rice that we washed with plenty of water and continue roasting.

Letโ€™s add tomato paste and spices.ย  Letโ€™s fry for 2-3 minutes and add the water.
Letโ€™s close the lid and cook on low heat until the water evaporates.

Then letโ€™s let it cool down a bit.
Letโ€™s put 1 teaspoon of it on the boiled cabbage and wrap it.

I chopped onion under the pot, itโ€™s legendary, you should definitely try it.
Then, letโ€™s arrange the stuffed stuffing on top.

Letโ€™s put the ingredients for the sauce in a deep pan and fry them well.
Letโ€™s add water and spread it over the sprouts we arranged.

Letโ€™s cover the plate and start boiling on high heat, then lower the heat and cook until it softens.
