CHOCOLATE VOLCANO CAKE
The Chocolate Volcano Cake is a decadent dessert that brings together the richness of chocolate and the indulgence of a molten lava center.
INGREDIENTS
Cake
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cups of wheat flour
2 eggs
2 glasses of milk (or more, if it is thick, the idea is to make it creamy)
1 teaspoon of cake yeast
3 cups (American) of sugar
7 tablespoons of chocolate milk
Form
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
Roof
1 glass (American) of water
1/2 cup (American) of sugar
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
2 tablespoons of butter
1 can of cream (or the same amount of whole milk)
This sinfully delicious cake features a moist and dense chocolate exterior that encases a gooey, molten chocolate center, creating a delightful eruption of flavor with every forkful.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix the wheat flour and butter well.
Mix the other ingredients and mix with the mixer, alternating speeds until you get a creamy dough.
Place in the greased round pan with a hole in the middle and place in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, depending on your oven (test to see if the cake is good with a fork or toothpick, piercing it when no dough comes out, is ready).
Filling
Bring all the ingredients to the boil, as soon as it starts to boil and comes off the pan, it’s ready.
In the second topping, add the cream (don’t be afraid if it’s thin, as it will become creamy later).
Put part of the frosting in the middle of the cake and the other around it and it’s ready!
Then just unmold the cake and add the icing.
