475 grams strength flour
170 ml. Milk
25 grams fresh yeast or 2 sachets of freeze-dried yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 spoon of honey
50 grams butter
70 grams of sugar
1. Heat the milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. We took it out and added the crumbled yeast and sugar. Stir well and add the softened butter, honey and eggs. We mix everything well with the round rods.
2. In a container we put the flour and add the salt. We make a volcano with it and we add the previous mixture while we knead all the ingredients with the help of the kneading rods until the dough forms an elastic and fine ball. The dough must be a little soft so that it then the buns come out fluffy.
3. We put the dough on the countertop greased with a little oil and crush it a little. We are taking portions of dough of about 70-80 grams and we form small balls with each one of them that we will leave them in a baking dish, we spread it with a little butter. We will leave a little space between the balls.
4. Preheat the oven to 80 degrees and insert the tray at medium height for 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, and without opening the oven, we raise the temperature to 180 degrees and continue leaving them for 15 more minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the surface of the buns with a stick of butter to give them shine. When they have tempered, we unmold.
