Little chocolate-vanilla

Little chocolate-vanilla creams not to be missed

Ingredients

5 eggs
1L of milk
125g chocolate
50g flour
50g butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150g sugar

Preparation

Boil the milk
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
Beat sugar, flour, 3 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs.
Dilute with the hot milk and return to the heat until almost boiling.

Then add the butter (off the heat).
Separate the cream into 2 equal parts.  In one add the melted chocolate, in the other the sachet of vanilla sugar.

Pour the creams together in a large salad bowl or small ramekins as in my photo.  Eat fresh
