CHOCOLATE EYES 😋
Ingredients
Mass:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
baking powder
2 eggs
Vanilla
3/4 cup oil
1 cup corn starch
Stuffed:
250g chocolate couverture
100ml heavy cream
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs a little
- Add the oil, sugar and vanilla, beat again a little more
- Sift the dried ones and form a dough
- Take small balls of dough, and make a hole in the middle
- Put in a barely oiled roasting pan, and take to the oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees
- For the filling, heat the cream and once hot add the chopped chocolate and stir until dissolved
- Wait for it to temper, and place in the holes of the eyes once they are cold
