Ingredients
300g plain biscuits
150g Unsalted Butter
480ml Double Cream
500g Cream Cheese
120g Icing Sugar
150g Mars Bar, chopped
200ml Caramel sauce, melted
80g Mars Bar, chopped
Method
- Melt butter, crush biscuits and combine in a saucepan. Press into the base of a cake tin and set aside.
- Whisk cream with icing sugar and cream cheese, then add chunks of Mars into the mixture.
- Spoon over the biscuit base and refrigerate for a minimum of six hours.
- Once set, drizzle caramel sauce over the cake and decorate with leftover chunks of Mars and chocolate shavings.
