Best Chocolate Cake
Here is a recipe for a delicious and moist chocolate cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans with cooking spray or butter and flour them.
2.In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3.In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
