CARAMEL BROWNIES 😋
230g melted butter
75g cocoa powder
230g brown sugar
3 whole eggs
2g of salt 120g flour “00” 150g chocolate chips
150g of sugar
150g of fresh cream
3g of salt
- Salted caramel: dissolve the sugar and then add the cream, butter and salt. Let it rest at room temperature.
- Brownies: mix melted butter with cocoa, brown sugar and eggs. Then add salt, flour and chocolate.
- Assemble the brownies in the pan and bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool and cut the brownies.
