Chocolate cake

2 cups of wheat flour.
2 tablespoons of baking powder
½ cup of cocoa.
1 cup of milk
5 eggs
200 gr. butter at room temperature (ointment)
1 ½ cup of sugar.
1/2 cup of condensed milk. 1/2 cup of evaporated milk. 1/2 cup of whole milk.
4 oz. of coffee liqueur or chocolate liqueur. (adults only) chantilly cream to taste for topping.


Beat the butter with the sugar and add the eggs one by one until it forms a cream.

Sift together the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa and the pinch of salt and add them to the mixture in parts, alternating with the milk, take the round mold (21 cm) and bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes or until it is ready,

let it cool, apart from mixing the milk with the liquor and bathing all your cake, covering with whipped cream and/or decorating as desired. serve
