Cheesecake in a Glass

1 package of crushed tennis cookies
500g cream cheese
250g fresh cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter 2 tablespoons of gelatin
4 tablespoons boiling water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
