COCONUT BREAD RECIPES

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️4 cups of all purpose Flour (sifted)
◾️1½ cup of warm liquid milk
◾️4 tablespoons of instant yeast
◾️2 tablespoons of sugar
◾️2 eggs
◾️2 tablespoons of coconut flavor
◾️1 tablespoon of salt
◾️Coconut flakes (grated coconut)
◾️4 tablespoons of softened butter

🌟 PROCEDURES

In a mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, yeast, sugar, eggs and whisk properly.

Add the sifted flour, salt and coconut flakes.

Mix together using a spatula to form a dough.

Let it rest for about 10mins afterwards, add the softened butter and mix.

Transfer the dough into a floured surface and knead until it’s stretchy.

Transfer the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover until it doubles in size.

Knock the air out of the dough.

Transfer the dough into your work surface.

Cut the dough into small sizes, fold/roll each of them into a ball/round dough.

Place some parchment paper on the baking pan and transfer the dough into it.

◾️Cover and let it double in size.

◾️Brush with some egg and bake in a preheated oven of 175°c for 25-30mins.
