150g regular sugar.
50 g cocoa
Half a teaspoon of sweet yeast.
2 tablespoons warm water.
Separate the yolks from the whites, and divide the amount of sugar between the whites
And the yolk, and a clean vanilla for the yolk.
Beat both whites and yolks well.
Add water to the yolks and mix.

Chocolate mousse ingredients
200g of chocolate with a taste of milk
200 ml fresh cream
60g soft sugar
6 g gelatin
We remove the amount of a cup of cream and put the gelatin in it, beat the cream with sugar until it thickens, melt the chocolate on a water bath and add the melted gelatin with the cream, and let it cool slightly, and add it to the cream gradually and stir gently until it mixes with the ingredients
