β’ 350g (3 cups) flour1
β’ 30ml (Β½ cup) milk
β’ 140ml (ΒΎ cup) vegetable oil
β’ 4 eggs
β’ 20g (2 tbsp) parmesan1
β’ 6g (4 tsp) baking powder
β’ Pinch of salt
β’ Cheese Ham cubes
β’ Cooked peas
ππ£π¨π©π§πͺππ©ππ€π£π¨
1. Put the dry ingredients and peas and ham in a mixing bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and wet ingredients.
3. Mix both mixtures and pour into a muffin tin.
4. Place a cube of cheese in the middle of the muffins.
5. Bake at 360Β°F/180Β°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
