CORN CAKE BLENDER

INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 cup of cornmeal
2 cans of canned corn (without the water)
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of sugar (if you like sweeter cake)

WAY TO DO Place

all ingredients in a blender (except baking powder) and blend for 3-5 minutes.

Add the baking powder and mix with the help of a spatula. Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
