Βin oats:
-1:1 ratio of oats:liquid (i used water)
-1 tbsp thick yog
-1 scoop strawberry milkshake protein
-about 1 tbsp chia
-salt
mix all and let it chill overnight.
in cup:
-layer of strawbs
-oats
-more strawbs
-more oats
-yog n freeze dried strawbs
coming from someone who hate(d) overnight oats, i am putting up a recipe for them because i have grown as a woman no i am not yet obsessed or in love, just that i can tolerate it now
anyway this turned out NOT from what i was expecting tbh sbdodbdod the strawb layers really just SANK and disappeared into void and i wished my yog was thicker so that it holds it shape betterβ¦
