1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the chocolate sauce:
½ cup heavy cream
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
1 tablespoon butter
For serving:
1 brownie (store-bought or homemade)
Vanilla ice cream
Powdered sugar
Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
1. Make the crepe batter
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
Add eggs and mix well.
Gradually pour in milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
2. Cook the crepes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to spread thin.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook another 30 seconds.
Repeat for all batter.
3. Make chocolate sauce
Heat cream until warm (not boiling).
Pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
Add butter and mix until glossy.
4. Assemble
Fold crepes into triangles.
Place on a plate and drizzle generously with chocolate sauce.
Add a warm brownie on the side.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle powdered sugar and chocolate chips.
Tips
Use a blender for smoother crepe batter.
Let crepes rest under a towel to stay soft.
Warm the brownie slightly for a gooey texture.
