Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger
Ingredients
For the patties:
500g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
For the garlic Parmesan sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
For assembling:
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Pickles (optional)

Instructions
1. Make the patties
In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
Form into 4 equal patties (slightly larger than buns).
2. Cook the burgers
Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat.
Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side (or until desired doneness).
Add cheese slices during the last minute and let melt.
3. Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce
Melt butter in a small pan.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Remove from heat and mix with mayo, Parmesan, parsley, and lemon juice.
4. Toast the buns
Lightly toast buns in the pan or oven until golden.
5. Assemble
Spread garlic Parmesan sauce on both buns.
Add lettuce, burger patty, tomato, and pickles.
Close and serve immediately.
Tips
Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
Don’t overwork the meat—keeps burgers juicy.
Add crispy bacon if you want extra richness.
