No-Bake Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
For the Crust:
2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
½ cup (115g) melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
For the Chocolate Filling:
1½ cups (300g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Topping (Optional):
Chopped chocolate pieces
Crushed nuts or biscuit crumbs

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust
Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a tart pan (bottom and sides).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Filling
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering (do not boil).
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate.
Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Add butter and vanilla extract, mix well.
3️⃣ Assemble
Pour the chocolate mixture into the chilled crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Decorate with chopped chocolate and crumbs.
4️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or until fully set.
Serving Tip
Let the tart sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
