Instructions
1. Make the Dough
In a small bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
Add yeast mixture, honey, egg, and butter.
Mix and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1½ hours until doubled.

Roll dough into a large rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
Spread softened butter over the surface.
Mix brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon, then spread evenly.
Roll tightly into a log.
Cut into 9–12 slices.
Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30–40 minutes.
3. Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
4. Make the Glaze
Whisk powdered sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle over warm buns.
Tips for Extra Soft Buns
Do not overheat the milk (it can kill the yeast).
Cover buns with foil if they brown too quickly.
For extra shine, brush warm buns with a little honey before glazing.
