Cheesy Beef Stuffed Buns
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1 egg
For the Filling:
400 g ground beef
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
For Topping:
1 egg yolk (for brushing)
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm milk, egg, and butter.
Knead until smooth and soft (about 8–10 minutes).
Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling:
Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until beef is browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Shape the Buns:
Divide dough into small equal balls.
Flatten each ball and add some beef filling and cheese.
Seal and shape into buns.
Place them on a baking tray.
Second Rise:
Cover buns and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Bake:
Brush tops with egg yolk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Finish:
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle parmesan and parsley on top.
Serve warm.
