Cheesy Stuffed Sausages
Ingredients
4 large sausages (pork, beef, or chicken)
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 small green pepper (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions
Prepare the sausages
Using a sharp knife, carefully make a slit along the length of each sausage (do not cut all the way through).
Stuff the sausages
Fill each slit with shredded cheese and chopped green pepper.
Season
Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and a little salt if needed.
Drizzle olive oil over the sausages.
Cook
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sausages for about 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and fully cooked.
Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes.
Garnish and serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Serve with mashed potatoes, fries, or a fresh salad.
Add dipping sauces like mustard, ketchup, or garlic sauce.
