Paneer Veg Pizza  (Homemade)

Ingredients

1️⃣ Pizza Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup warm water

2️⃣ Pizza Sauce
½ cup tomato puree
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp oregano
Salt to taste

3️⃣ Toppings

200 g paneer (cubed)
1 small onion (sliced)
½ green bell pepper (capsicum)
½ red bell pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

4️⃣ Paneer Marinade

2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

✅ Step 1: Make the Dough
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead into soft dough.
Cover and let it rise for 1 hour (until doubled).

✅ Step 2: Prepare Paneer
Mix all marinade ingredients.
Add paneer cubes and coat well.
Rest 10–15 minutes.

✅ Step 3: Make Pizza Sauce
Heat olive oil, add garlic.
Add tomato puree, oregano, chili flakes, and salt.
Cook for 5–7 minutes.

✅ Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
Roll dough into a pizza base.
Spread sauce evenly.
Add cheese.
Add paneer, onions, and bell peppers.
Sprinkle more cheese on top.

✅ Step 5: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts and crust turns golden.

Serve Hot
