Chocolate Layer Cake
Ingredients
✅ Chocolate Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
✅ Chocolate Cream Filling
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup melted chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
✅ Chocolate Ganache
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate chips
✅ Decoration
Whipped cream
Chocolate chips

Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Cake
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in hot water (batter will be thin).
Pour into greased cake pans.
Bake 30–35 minutes. Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Prepare Chocolate Cream
Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix gently.
3️⃣ Make Ganache
Heat heavy cream until hot (not boiling).
Pour over chocolate chips.
Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble the Cake
Cut cake into layers.
Spread chocolate cream between layers.
Cover cake with ganache.
Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
