Cheeseburger Stuffed Buns
✅ Ingredients
For the dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 egg
For the filling:
400 g (14 oz) ground beef
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
½ tsp paprika (optional)
1 tbsp ketchup or mustard (optional)
Cheddar cheese slices or cubes
For topping:
1 egg (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds
Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add egg, melted butter, salt, and flour.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft and elastic.
Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
2️⃣ Prepare the filling:
Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and ketchup/mustard.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
3️⃣ Shape the buns:
Divide dough into equal balls.
Flatten each ball into a circle.
Place cooked beef in the center and a piece of cheese on top.
Close the dough tightly and shape into buns.
4️⃣ Bake:
Place buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Let rest for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
