Turkey & Ham Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

2 sandwich rolls or brioche buns
4–6 slices turkey breast
4–6 slices ham
2 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Butter (optional, for toasting)
Black pepper
A little parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Toast the buns
Lightly butter the inside of the buns.
Toast them in a pan or oven until golden brown.

Warm the meat
Heat the turkey and ham slices briefly in a pan to warm them and add flavor.

Assemble the sandwich
Place lettuce on the bottom bun.
Add slices of turkey.
Add ham on top.

Place a slice of cheese over the meat.
Melt the cheese (optional)
Place the open sandwich in the oven or pan for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts slightly.
Finish
Add tomato slices on the side or inside the sandwich if you like.

Sprinkle a little black pepper and parsley on top.
Serve
Close the sandwich with the top bun and enjoy warm!
