Creamy Spinach Bacon Chicken

Ingredients

3–4 chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 cup cooked spinach (sautéed)
6–8 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese slices
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
Sear chicken on both sides until golden (about 4–5 minutes each side).
Transfer chicken to a baking dish.

2. Add Spinach & Cheese
Place a layer of sautéed spinach under the chicken.
Lay cheese slices or sprinkle mozzarella on top of the chicken.
Add crumbled cooked bacon over the cheese.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce
In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
Add Italian seasoning and bring to a simmer.
Let the sauce thicken for 3–4 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.

4. Bake
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese melts and chicken is fully cooked.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley and extra bacon bits.
