Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or minced chicken)
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup cream cheese
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
4–6 medium tortillas

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling
Heat olive oil/butter in a pan.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Turn off heat and add shredded mozzarella and parsley. Mix everything well.
2. Fill the Tortillas
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
Spread it evenly and roll tightly.
3. Cook the Rolls
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
Brush lightly with butter.
Place the rolls seam-side down.
Cook until golden and crispy on all sides and the cheese melts inside.
4. Serve
Cut in half and serve warm with:

Spicy mayo
Ketchup.
