Beef & Noodle Skillet
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups egg noodles (or any ribbon pasta)
1 cup tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Parsley for garnish

Instructions
Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain extra fat if needed.
Add onion & garlic
Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Season
Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add tomatoes & broth
Pour in tomato sauce (or diced tomatoes) and beef broth. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add pasta
Add the uncooked noodles directly to the skillet. Stir well so all noodles are submerged.
Cook
Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and sauce thickens.
Add sour cream
Turn off heat and stir in sour cream for creaminess.
Top with cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and let it melt.
Garnish & serve
Top with parsley and serve warm.
Tips
You can add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Use mozzarella instead of cheddar if you prefer milder cheese.
If sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of broth or water.
