Cheesy Beef Pasta

Cheesy Beef Pasta (Creamy & Baked-Style)

Ingredients

300 g (10 oz) pasta (fettuccine, tagliatelle, or penne)
300 g (10 oz) beef (thinly sliced or ground beef)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cooking cream (or heavy cream)
½ cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ tsp paprika (optional)
½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the beef
Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until browned.
Make the sauce
Pour in beef broth and cream. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Add cheese
Sprinkle cheese over the pasta, cover the pan, and let it melt.

(Optional: transfer to an oven dish and bake at 180°C / 350°F for 10 minutes.)
Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra black pepper. Serve hot.

Tips
Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
For a spicy version, add chili flakes.
Use Parmesan on top for a richer taste.
