Chocolate Cream Dessert Cups
Ingredients
Chocolate Cake Base
1½ cups chocolate cake crumbs (or crushed chocolate biscuits/brownies)
3 tbsp melted butter
Cream Layer
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Pudding Layer
1 cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
50 g dark chocolate (chopped)
Topping
Whipped cream
Chocolate chunks or chocolate shavings

Instructions
Prepare the Base
Mix the chocolate cake crumbs with melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of dessert cups or glasses.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Make the Cream Layer
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread a layer over the cake base and refrigerate.
Prepare the Chocolate Pudding
In a saucepan, whisk milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir until melted.
Let it cool slightly, then pour over the cream layer.
Decorate
Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle chocolate chunks or shavings on top.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
